Well I am running winrar on ep5 right now. Since i am not in a rush to get this up, seeing how I am still posting ep4, i am using the best compression. That should make it alittle bit smaller and faster to upload/download. I plan on starting to post ep5 around noon Sun same format as ep4.

I was able to compress ep5 from 4.23gb to 3.64gb, only took 2.5hrs. If anyone cares.

Does that mean it's going to take 2.5 hours to un-rar? I'm surprised you managed to compress it that much, as normally DVDs (which are already compressed MPEG-2 video) don't compress very well with ZIP or RAR compression.

Persoanlly I prefer no compression, (i.e. use the "store" option), as then if you want to preview the download you can just rename one of the RARs to VOB and play it in PowerDVD.

Does anyone know the exact type of DVD R TR47 uses for the cowlcops V2 set? I know he said he uses Ritek brand. And where can I get a small quantity, not in bulk. Like maybe 10 or so. They're great because the face is completely flat with no branding or anything.

www.meritline.com. That's where I buy all my recordable DVDs now (in bulk - 100 at a time.). Excellent prices, and I can't remember the last time I've had a bad burn.

BTW, if you *do* buy 100, make sure you get a spindle to hold them.

I've been looking around at all the sites. But I have a whole shit load of DVD R already, so I don't need that many. I'd get 25 if that's the least they sell. I just want to make sure the discs I get are completely flat, no ridge around the hub or branding that is not lasered into the disk. The Ritek discs that TR47 sends out in the set are pretty damn good. Any discs like that that you know of.

No it takes alittle longer but not anywhere close to 2.5hrs. Plus that cut down on my upload time bye 2-3hrs.

erm...what about the 8th cd-r? will someone be so kind as to upload that to usenet as well?

There are covers with the dvds I am uploading, I also plan on uploading some slimline cover after ESB is done, They are slightly modified version of Rikter artwork.

Weapon you could easily do this even without any expensive paint programs.

Open up ms paint, select the text and symbols and then use invert color. After this fill in the rest of the white with black.

You then may have to do a little clean up incase some "white" wasn't actually white.

should take around 5 minutes a cover
