Care to share why you feel this way? Personally I really enjoy the acting and characters of the sequels. I’ll give you that the plots are iffy, but they are certainly better than the prequels.

Anything Rey says or does and anything Rose and Dj says and does. that and the whole killing Snoke off like he didn’t matter. and how they portrayed Luke as whiny old do nothing and portrayed all the guys as idiots in TLJ. stuff like that.

Look, I’m not gonna act like the Sequels have been the greatest addition to the mythos, but by God Lucasfilm needs stand by its decisions. Remember the Paradigm Daleks?

Maybe Rey chooses to have the Jedi work behind the scenes much like the Sith did during the thousand years leading to the rise of the Empire,as their role of public figures will inevitably lead to complacency and corruption much like it happened with the old Jedi Order.

I could see Rey using it as a guide to build her own. Maybe salvage some parts from it? Then again, maybe there’s a copy of Lightsaber Construction For Padawans tucked in among those Jedi books. 😛

^ I agree . Oddly enough , I just came across a meme last night that depicted a vase with Kintsugi applied to it . I had never heard the word before .The meme stated that a thing is become more beautiful for having been broken .having survived a life threatening illneess and surgery , with a huge scar on my back , I think that is pretty cool .

I’m just hoping the scope of the conclusion will feel like it caps off the entirety of the saga. I’m okay with seeing ghost Hayden yuckin’ it up with Luke in the interest of that. Preferably not attempting to look young, with the long locks. Doesn’t have to be made up to look old necessarily, though.

Has JJ ever voiced an opinion on the Special Editions? Unless Hayden appears as a hologram, having him as a young Anakin ghost is acknowledging the SE. Unless they trot out some sort of explanation that Force ghosts can choose how they appear to people.

I know he has a distaste for the PT BUT I can easily see him getting over it if he can use it to maximize the emotional manipulation of the audience. Which will be his primary goal for the end of the film/saga.
