To make this worse, the downloader periodically makes me re-enter captchas (which I assume is not the fault of the downloader but of uloz, but it sucks either way).

Tried online dating, got literally nowhere; Day 1 & Day 100 were exactly the same.

That’s sad to hear, but I know where you’re coming from.
People Ain’t No Good.
But, I hope (and believe) you’ll find people you can mix with. I suggest keeping in mind that you are not one of the many, but one of the few. That makes you a turn-off to the boring majority, but a goldmine to like-minded people (like me!).
You are NOT Bud-Light. You are a well crafted brew. And while it can be depressing seeing those lame blue cans fly off the shelves while you sit and wait, remember that those cans are going home with terribly boring people with horrible taste. When you do finally make that connection, you’ll know it’s a real one because you are a real one. And the right people will appreciate that.
Hang in there. Keep punchin’. Stiff upper lip. All that.
