(Fan edit) Oola's Sentance (extended)

Hey guys, basicly the plan is to produce an edit of the entire sequence of jabba’s palace (specificaly when lapti nek is played) so extend the scene using the new set footage from the SE and some of its extended scenes, without the horrible CGI additions like sy snoodles) Along with utilising the original Lapti nek (using a salvaged instrumental ver of “fancy man” from the radio drama) along with the dub mix of lapti nek, this will be uploaded to youtube, and if anyone wants to feature this in any fan edits, you can, im just making it for fun, all i need is the audio tracks from the original theatrical cut (if their is one with seperated channels, eg 5.1 from the 70mm ver) that would be great, along with the 5.1 audio from the SE’s, PM if interested.
Another not, i know Laptinek is sadly lost for ever, but if anyone has somthing close to the original, id love to get my hands on it, i know their are edits of it online but the croud audio is present, Ive taken the start of lapti nek off of FROM STAR WARS TO JEDI, as its from the master, and lacks any background sound effects, that combined with whatever i can get should work. I am pretty sure the music video mtv version was availanle on a laser disk release, and csn be found on youtube,

i dont have a use for the MTV music video, since it is in 4:3, this project is meant to combine Theatrical footage with the inserts created for the SE, along with Huttese subtitles (in the style of the original subtitles) for lapti nek (using Fancy man as a lyrics source, transcribed by me) and translations of Oola’s dialog, aswel as jabbas.

Well yeah, the fact that their is no way to seperate the music from the effects

an update, i have scraped my original version, and now have streamlined it, ive used the opening shots from the SE (witch is unused footage, and sy’s puppet is visible) with fancy man from the radio drama to bridge into lapti nek, with her yell from star wars to jedi, in between to disguise the cut, Oola’s dace has been restructured to how it was originally shot (thanks to someone on YouTube for that idea) Ive attempted what id say is a “Seamless” cut between the old and new footage, as oola falls, it cunts to the SE footage, as well as the audio fading to her scream, removed the crowds reaction shot and instead used its audio and used it as background audio for oola’s shots, cuts to jabba’s throne moving over the trap door, witch then cuts to oola, with a new sound effect of his throne sliding into place, Oola no longer reacts to the sound of the rancour door, but instead to its roar, witch is taken from the radio drama, with C3po’s reaction shot moved from luke’s encounter to Oolas As i believe that’s how the scene was planed (going off the fact most of the dramas where based off of the original scripts, except ROTJ witch made the film more from 3p0’s perspective, C3p0 now has dialogue as he turns away in disgust, various alien and creature sounds are used to bridge cuts, all from radio dramas and various audio book sources.
