I mean are you talking about the occasional ass shot? There’s still far more female ass shots, and then don’t even get me started on frontal nudity. How many dicks have you seen recently?
A fair amount. In terms of frontal nudity, there’s definitely more shirtless males than females.

This is pretty much my feelings about it. If the character is supposed to be naked, and there’s a good reason for it (vulnerability, innocence, etc.) then cutting around it just feels prudish and unnatural.

This is pretty much my feelings about it. If the character is supposed to be naked, and there’s a good reason for it (vulnerability, innocence, etc.) then cutting around it just feels prudish and unnatural.
I find it more distracting than unnecessary nudity.

I agree with those saying nudity can be artistically important, and I think it shouldn’t be censored. I will also say that I have trouble watching movies with explicit nudity with family members, and the same goes for sex scenes (that may or may not contain nudity in frame). That sort of stuff just makes me immensely uncomfortable around others. It might be a subconscious desire for personal approval, but I really can’t tell.
