Great, great movie. Wonderful building tension. Well written character arcs. Chilling atmosphere. Overall, I really loved it. Can’t decide if I like this or Fight Club more. This maybe felt more well crafted but the uniqueness of Fight Club maybe takes the cake for me.

EDIT: I also must add that these are some of the most disturbing murders I have ever seen on film and I am not quite sure how I will fall asleep tonight.

Maybe this will help? Or not…

I know y’all will be annoyed with that article but so be it.

Just because some people are dumbasses and don’t understand the film’s rhetorical approach doesn’t mean the movie is bad.

That’s fine.

I’m not saying it’s a bad movie. I’m saying it has problems.

It does not.

JEDIT: Okay so I have just discovered one problem, when Leo is high on qualuudes and disappears, his prosthetic eye disappears with him. Big mess up.

As do all movies. Except The Last Jedi, which is beyond perfection. E. T. too, maybe.

E.T. is probably legitimately one of the closest there is to a perfect film.

Last Jedi’s got some problems. (though I’d argue relatively minor)

Raiders is IMO an absolutely perfect film, but E.T. is up there too.

You don’t even see anything wrong about giving that shitbag a cameo where he gets to do a commercial?

Okay, 1) I was joking, 2) I don’t like the cameo (though I wouldn’t at all say “he gets to do a commercial,” more like the opposite).

Who says he has?

I don’t get your point. I thought that he said he’d never see TLJ, and now I want to know what led him to seeing it.
