I consider myself decently capable in the kitchen and by far professional pizza ovens turn out a greater percentage of quality pizza’s than my home oven.
Maybe I just have some quality local pizzerias.

My second favorite is from QuikTrip which is a local convenience store (actually it’s a regional chain, but the original store is half a mile away from where I go to church.) They bake an extra large pizza to order for $8 and will include a 2 liter Coke for free.
Third favorite would be Mazzio’s, which is a regional pizza restaurant chain.

No. I was just amazed when I went there at one point to order a pepperoni pizza, and they covered almost the whole pizza in pepperoni. I was rather impressed. That’s just in addition to the cheese and the sauce being good. The only downside is the crust isn’t scored so you have to watch out for bubbles when you cook it. That’s kind of annoying.
