I’m pretty sure impscum has evolved being beyond the need for petty human drinks.

I believe imp’scum would’ve used “truthful” in place of “rightful”.
Maybe he was drunk.
Welp, it’s Friday night. Gonna get out some cold skim milk and cereal and work on some more homework. Might get crazy, shake things up, and have some hot cocoa!
Nobody should drink Dr. Pepper.
Coca-Cola is the only rightful soft drink.
Coke > Dr. Pepper
But I’m trying to remain no longer fat, so:
Diet Dr. Pepper > Diet Coke
Dying of thirst > any variety of Pepsi
I would put this in my sig if I weren’t so lazy.
Good god, is this ever the wrong thread for me.
Hate soda.

Except that diet soda actually doesn’t help you lose weight/keep weight off as it slows your metabolism down. Not to mention it causes brain tumors, migraines, and sometimes strokes. I’ve also heard it’s bad for your kidneys. Killed my grandpa prematurely in fact. Just drink real soda in moderation.
Or better yet, don’t drink soda at all! Almost 8 months pop-free now, minus the ginger ale or ginger beer I mix with my bourbon. Generally feel much better (though that may also correlate with my increase in water and tea consumption since ditching pop).
Cream Soda… mmmmmm…

You monster.
Whew. Doozy last night. 80 oz. of water, 2 cups of coffee and then, later, a glass of apple juice.
I know it sounds crazy, but I can still remember having fun last night!
don’t drink soda at all!
I endorse and support this message.

Um…citation needed.
Drinking diet soda in moderation shouldn’t be any worse for you than real soda in moderation. Of course “in moderation” doesn’t mean one a day, it means (maybe?) one or two a week.

That explains the caffeine headaches.
That’s not really a diet vs regular issue. That being said, I looked into it and found conflicting results. I found some sources that backed what I said while some backed Frink, so who knows. I do know it’s rumored to cause brain tumors and my grandpa had to use the artificial sweetener (aspartame) they used in diet soda for almost anything that called for real sugar (even food) because his diabetes was so bad and he ended up dying of a brain tumor rather than anything diabetes related, but that’s not exactly conclusive.
There nothing conclusive on the effects of diet soda, so in my mind it’s best to be cautious but not worry about having one once in while (be it diet or regular).
Hitting it hard today, coffee with breakfast, and soy latte with dinner.
Yup.
This article gets it.

Diet soda makes me nauseous.
The Person in Question
Well, it’s another crazy Tuesday morning. Time to start it off right with a full 16.9 oz bottle of Dasani and a morning pastry!
Monster.
Is that your poison or your feeling towards me because of my choice of breakfast?
Is that your poison or your feeling towards me because of my choice of breakfast?
Not 100% sure you meant to say “poison” (let’s call it ~87.2% sure) so I can’t answer yet.
There’s nothing bad about Dasani.
You know, like when you’re at a bar, and the bartender asks, “What’s your poison?” In other words, is that what you’re drinking and reporting on in the Sober Thread?
