As much as I disagree with it, Jay said that trailers aren’t spoilers, so the image does not violate the spoiler rule.

I thought the non-spoiler thread was for discussion of official material, like trailers, so that the rest of the forum stays clean for anyone who doesn’t want to know anything about the movie before seeing it. And the spoiler thread is also for discussion of leaked plot details and such.

If that were the forum policy, I think Jay would have said as much. Instead, he just blankly said that trailers aren’t spoilers. That means they can be discussed in the open per the spoiler policy.
I think a mod should come in and clarify this situation.
