I’d like to apologize for using the word ‘enlightened’ and being so condescending in that post. It was clearly the wrong decision to make and doesn’t help the point I’m making or the points other people are making. I’d also like to thank the people who pointed this out to me. It’s always good to learn from your mistakes and to thank the people who helped you do that.
Perhaps I should have edited and revised that post (before it was made public, of course), or maybe not post it at all. But realizing my mistake and trying to correct the record is the best I can do right now.
