June 8, 2010 - Booking for Guest Spot on THE VFP Show!
Time

Hi there. Ted Flergsen, marketing coordinator at VFPBC. Mr. Firnk, your post is - what's a kind way to put it? - intriguing.

The original post is MARKET RESEARCH. There's no show yet. We're simply exploring the possibility of starting one.

Furthermore, "GAY" wasn't a choice. We were looking for "JAY!!!" as in "Jay [Sylvester], please do something about the weirdo and his weird post!"

No, that's alright, Ted. Anyway Frink, I'm glad you're on board with the idea, and with enough positive feedback, it looks like "The VFP Show" could be come a thing!

Hotcha!

From the day I was born
the nurses gathered around
and gazed in wild wonder
at the joy they had found

The head nurse spoke up
and said leave this one alone
she could tell right away
that I was Bad To The Bone!

Uh, I mean, welcome to the forums. :D

Hello, Mister or Missus OT.com poster! How are you this morning/afternoon/evening?

We here at VFPBC are thinking of putting on a weekly forum talk show, hosted by popular longtime OT.com poster vote_for_palpatine. We plan to feature comedy, musical acts, and an interview segment with today's finest posters!

How would you describe your level of interest in such a project?

1) JAY!!!
2) Lame itself thinks this is lame
3) Wait...what?
4) You know, VFP, they make amazing drugs these days that could help you
5) I probably won't quit the forum over this

LOL yes, I know it's surprising, but I'm a young'un and ANH seemed a little slow for me.

Evidence that Lucas' "Modernize the old films so that young audiences will appreciate them" approach is not working.

You know, I could take a 1952 Studebaker V* and slap neons on the undercarriage, chameleon paint on the body, a top-notch bass-heavy sound system in the trunk...and it's still a 59 year-old car. Lucas just doesn't get this when he puts new footage and effects into a movie dating back to the Gerald Ford administration.**

* - I have no idea if such a car exists, and I'm not Googling to find out. Just go with it.

** - I know it released during the Carter years, but production began during the Ford administration. Technically, Lucas' first notes date back to Nixon's first term, so I could have gone there if inclined.

Will anyone who cares about those Stupid Bayformers films see part 3 w/out Megan FOX?

I'm thinking of responding in a way that indicates apathy toward her acting ability on the one hand and enthusiastic approval of her attractiveness on the other.

If anyone cares to see this sort of response, please say so; I'll be back around 6:00 CST.

I take your collective silence as permission. (I know Gaffer Tape is against it because he doesn't want to lose his status as OT.com's resident hot girl, so I had to discount his objection on grounds of conflict of interest)

Therefore:

Megan Fox? Sure, she couldn't play dead if she drank a cyanide margarita, but who gives a care? Have you seen this dame? VA-VA-VA-VOOM! You fellas wanna talk about one ripe tomato? Well there you have it! Or should I say, two ripe grapefruits, am I right boys? Hubba hubba! She's got it where it counts and my calculator can't count that high! YEE-OWZA! At home with the wife, it's pipe and slippers - with this bombshell, it'd be more like slip her the pipe, eh fellas? AH-OOOOOH! AH-OOOOOH!!
