So... what happened to SaveStarWars.com? I haven't a clue... :-S

Hope you enjoy the rest of Smith's tenure thus far, doubleo; I know I have... :-)
Sorry about my post before; I've been having problems posting. :-S
I think I could help with coloration (I've look at the deleted scenes; some of them have wonky color and contrast issues)... but I've also been looking at some of the other proposed scenes, like the revised Boba death scene, and tweaking those however I can.
I'll try to get back to you with more soon. :-)

This project has already had several folks come and go already, so you're definitely not too late. You are certainly welcome to bring what you have. One of the biggest challenges has been fixing up the deleted scenes. We've got one person on it, and I'm confident he will do a fantastic job. However, I suspect he might appreciate a little help, as that is a pretty big task. However, if you'd rather focus on some other task, that's okay. I encourage you to skim through the past several pages and get an idea of what changes we're pretty certain we're making, and maybe you can think of something you might want to try.
As for Palpatine's voice, we will definitely need it when he is telling Jerjerrod to blow up Endor if the bunker is destroyed, so we could certainly use you there :)
I know I'm really, really late to the discussion (35 pages late!), but could I lend a hand, offer any ideas? I do have a pretty good video editor (Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10.0), and I have all of the deleted scenes in top-notch quality.
Also, if anyone needs a Palpatine voice, I'm rather good at that. ;-)
I really love the Emperor's theme; it's so damn... ominous!
Least favorite track? Hmmmm... of the OT? Hmmmm... original to the original films?
...hmmmm, can I say "Yub Nub"? :-S
True... damn you, budget cuts!
I did like it, though; really. Still much better than the entirety of the RTD-era finales, but not as good, to me, as "The Big Bang".
Can't wait for December. :-)
Babies are not cool... unless you're Stormageddon. :-P
So are beards. :-D
Dude... everyone on the Internet's been saying that. There's no surprises with Moffat -- but there is satisfaction.
Personally? I'd have acquiesced to Ford's demands; yes, kill Han off -- but let it be a major part of the plot. One of his major complaints was "he's got no mama, he's got no papa"; why didn't they just do something like they were planning with the Brackett version of Empire? Give him a papa, or a step-papa; a rich and influential man, someone the Rebel Alliance wants to get to before the final fight -- thus giving them a slightly darker motive for helping Luke and the gang rescue Han at the start of the film. In the course of this, at the beginning of the third act, Han would die -- sacrificing his life for this man.
See? Something for him to do besides mushy love dialogue; Ford certainly would've put in more of an effort with even that.
So... does your avatar imply you think Delgado's Master is a part of this whole conspiracy? ;-)
Random Viking is random:

I would at least ask Columbus why he never came back to the Harry Potter film franchise; I've always wondered...
As for Lucas? I'd try not to offend him, but... I'd very, very politely ask for the original versions of the original films in a format that isn't calibrated for the best TVs of the early '90s.
The ridiculous look on Harrison Ford's face as he said "Scum?" was probably overdoing it; it's a good thing that part was cut, as we'd already had enough jokes that Han was the butt of in the film.
Outer rim...
...of the solar system! Dirty minds. :-P
Anything been done, since then? Curious to hear... :-)
Wait... so they DID fix the lightsabers? :-/

Luckily I downloaded them all before they were pulled. I'm sure they'll turn up again :-)
Um... are you willing to do the whole rigamarole with PMing? :-S
Yep, that'd be it, Bingo -- and careful with those spoilers, MJ! :-P
Trust me, doubleo, by midway through Series 3, you'll wish Rose Tyler had died during "Doomsday"; by the end of Series 4, you'll be wishing she'd died at the end of "The Parting of the Ways" rather than Nine...

The main theories I understand to pertain to George's commitment to changing the movies and not releasing the UOT are:
1. His vision is changing constantly.
That's probably literally true, due to his diabetes; even a half-blind man can tell you the DVD transfers were screwed up, but apparently, the emperor needs no glasses... :-P
No need to get personal.
Wasn't trying to be; just figured there had to be a more logical reason for letting those screwy transfers go than Lucas being THAT incompetent and not paying attention during the quality-control screenings...
Imogen Poots.

So... the scenes are all gone, now; lovely. :-(
Anyone know where I can find 'em, again?
