It's not Anamorphic widescreen, that's what it isn't... and it doesn't matter if its a master or LD to DVD, it blows either way when you wont get anamorphic! LFL lost all credibility for me... I'm so angry right now!!

I will for sure use the 3-disc box for the OUT and give away the discs that was in it from the begining to my dad (he doesn't care if it isn't the OUT

). Or I will send them to Lucas together with the rest of the discs.

The TB-set is three DVD's that contains the Special Edition movies digitaly recorded from a DVB station called Canal+.

Yep, the covers on each disc is exactly the same as the '04 ones... I was tricked into buying that set thinking it was the OUT... I was wrong.

I find it hard to belive that there will be a HD-DVD/BlueRay release so soon on the new formats (but I was wrong about the OT never being released on DVD).

And I am grateful that I got ESB and ROTJ in the mail the same day as I learned that the OT will be released on official DVD's.

They look nice Grinder (just skipped through the discs), and your transfers will allways have a special place in my Star Wars universe and I am sure I will watch them tonight and probably from time too time even after the official DVD's are out there.

I must say that I'm in sort of shock-state right now... My first thought was that this was the same old rumours as allways, but now I am starting to belive.

I am glad that they use the -93 versions of the movies as they have been nicely and tasteful cleaned up and I don't mind the Episode IV (someone will probably make an edit of it that does not have Episode IV in the scroll).

I am just happy, happy and happy to finaly see them released on DVD. Thanks mr Lucasfor proving me wrong after all these years... and a big thank you to Jay and all of us buff's here on the forum.
