If she's into Hello Kitty, then go for it.
If she's into Hello Kitty, then go for it.
Or if Serenity had made as much money as Star Trek.
Yeah, I'd say autoerotic asphyxiation is probably how this one's going on the record. As much as it sucks, I'd rather believe his death was a tragic accident than a suicide.
Nintendo's showing at E3 wasn't that bad. They announced a new Metroid developed by the Ninja Gaiden team, a sequel to Super Mario Galaxy, both due next year, and a Wii incarnation of New Super Mario Bros with a focus on four-player action.
Miyamoto also confirmed in a round-table that they're working on the next Wii Zelda and that it will have heavy use of Wii Motion Plus.
So, anybody have thoughts on E3?
Nintendo is going to have to pull something pretty impressive, because even though most of the applications of Natal are stuff we've already seen on Wii, the ones that Wii can't do are pretty tremendous.
Even the basic acceleration model, where you can put a Portal on the floor and ceiling and use it to accelerate to ridiculous speeds, might tax the Wii for all I know.
Then again, Smash Bros Brawl is also pretty physics intensive, so perhaps it would work.
Point. I just wonder if the Wii could handle the physics engine of Portal.
Honestly, I had no problem controlling Portal on the 360. The Orange Box games all controlled very well for first person console games.

Bullshit. Your response is an unintelligent low dig that shows zero perception and totally misses the fact that there are serious issues about art being addressed in my post. If you can't think of anything constructive to say, don't say anything.
Kind of ironic coming from the guy who ripped the film to shreds for stupid reasons.
You seem to be the only one who thinks that new actors can't take on established rolls. The actors in the new movie did a fine job for the most part. Yes, they're not the originals. They're not supposed to be. The new film franchise is going after a new audience, and that includes new takes on the characters. If you're too much of a purist to enjoy the new take, that's your own damn problem.
I like the sound track for the original Paper Mario a lot. Especially the TMNT-esque them when Battling the Koopa Brothers.
I played both games on the PS2, I see no point in buying them again for Wii.
I guess it's good news for those that never had a PS2 but do have a Wii, but I'd rather Square make an original Kingdom Hearts for Wii than just porting the PS2 games. Wii already has enough last gen ports.

Do you even think about what you've typed before you click the reply button?
...That was a surprisingly well done fan-trailer.
Someone has way too much time on their hands.
Hehehehe. Space Tank.
There are rules for how the game works, and usually the DM carefully plans the major events of the session in advance...
But you can also just make random crap up as you go along, if you wish.
You really ought to see it, C3PX. It's quite good.
Just out of curiosity, does anybody here do pen-and-paper RPG gamery? I'm currently planning a science-fiction themed campaign using the BeSM d20 rules.
I guess a topic to start off with - what is the most ridiculous improvisation you've ever seen a GM do in a campaign?
For example, I once had a player who loved to check for traps where there weren't any. She kept insisting on searching for them even in empty hallways, so I decided to humor her and made a really obvious bear trap. And when she tried to activate it with a bullet, I had it explode like a land mine just to annoy her. It was fun. :)
Hopefully we'll be able to see all the way to the Mirror Universe with this one.
I just got back from seeing it... I liked it a lot. I wish they'd give the Star Wars franchise a treatment like this, because it's getting to the point where 'Wars needs a similar kick in the arse.
A minuet is a slow, stately pattern dance in 3/4 time for groups of couples, originating in 17th-century France.
As for abortion, it's a touchy issue. I don 't believe, for example, that rape victims, or especially young ones, should be forced by law to carry the child to term. At the same time, the idea that most pro-choicers have that abortion is a 'right' scares the hell out of me. The idea that women have a 'right' to take the life of their unborn children is apalling. Abortion is at best a privilege, an evil that is unfortunately sometimes-necessary. At worst, it's a callous and selfish murder.
I'd definitely see it assuming it actually stars Indy/Ford.
For what it's worth, Origins is getting decent reviews. Worth a rental, perhaps.
It just discourages me that apparently over a million people bought that crappy Transformers movie tie-in game on PS2 alone.
As a general rule, I avoid movie tie-ins unless they're of a ridiculously high quality, like Escape From Butcher Bay. It saves me money at least. I wish more people would do it and send a message to the developers that if they want us to buy their movie tie-ins to make them good.
Unfortunately, it seems that enough people still buy them that making crappy movie tie-ins is still financially beneficial.
At least get through Taris before you write it off. It gets better as it goes.
