Would you want to see Anakin or Obi Wan in the new trilogy, portrayed by their PT actors? — Page 6

No, I see no reason to bring back the ghosts, especially since the ghosts may have no clear connection to the new characters in the saga, depending upon Rey’s ancestry. Furthermore, Disney may remake the prequels, so it would not be a smart decision.

I wish Panaka had more to do. I actually sort of legitimately like him. Typho was a very poor substitute.

I always liked Typho, because as a child I remember being surprised at his appearance because Jay was on this show I watched called Play School.

Not enough people read the EU.

I would like them return potrayed by their OT actors.
I’m sure they can do it with some clever digital editing.

They did it pretty well in Sky Captain & the World of Tomorrow and Superman Returns so I don’t see why they would have issues doing it, I think it would be cool to see Sebastian Shaw again but I’m doubting that would ever happen.

This might be a wild idea, but if force-ghost Anakin needs to make an ST appearance, I’d like to see the role recast with an actual physical actor. Preferably one who looks and sounds something like Sebastian Shaw.

“That Darth Vader, man. Sure does love eating Jedi.”

Would anybody like to see that annoyingly missing movie between AOTC and ROTS, where we actually would have seen Ben and Anakin’s friendship and seen all the stuff that Alec Guinness aludes to in SW.

I kinda wouldn’t mind that. Like is said above, give both actors a fair chance at playing the characters with good dialogue, a good story and good direction.

Well they short of already did that story. It is called the clone wars and while not live action it still canon(at least the new series). Doing it again in live action would be redundant.
