I keep trying to write a post for this thread, but it always ends up as a super harsh and vulgar attack on myself, and I don’t want to worry anyone, so I backspace it all. Silly me and my inability to lightly make fun of myself.
Or maybe I could just thinly veil the self-hatred with faux-irony like I do in real life in lame attempts at humor and/or probably cries for help.
I find if I exaggerate my flaws in a cartoonish way, it feels good to poke fun of myself.

Mr. Homer Simpson politely stood in for me because the camera could not take my ugly mug this morning. He did however have a hard time getting the look on my face down properly, but that’s okay, at least he wasn’t a bully about it.
Laugh at yourself any chance you get, it’s good medicine.

I’m too thin in the arms. I hate showing them in public because they look unhealthy.
Make good fun at yourself, not this. Be proud of being you, warts and all, so to speak.
Being another person with really skinny arms I must say that I am not proud of them LOL. Nor should I be content with them. I’m starting to workout more often to hopefully feel a little better about myself 😃
