Is there a fan version of ANH that has the Tatooine Biggs scenes edited back in?
Those are so great, it’s a shame that they ALL got cut out. At least Lucas gave us the Yavin Biggs scene in '97, but still.

I don’t think so, but I’ve had what I believe to be a great way to put those scenes back into the movie in a way that wouldn’t disrupt the opening. Check the link in my sig if interested.
I think the scene of Luke having a beer and a chat with Biggs is my favorite scene in Star Wars even though it’s not in the movie.

I’d love to see a BIGGS edit, but also reintroducing the scenes where RED 1 talks about Luke’s father.

I’m surprised there’s not a book or comic (or TCW episode for that matter) about Red 1 being an officer in the republic navy and flying with Anakin in the clone wars.
There’s even a Biggs comic for god’s sake.
