Plinkett’s first review (of TPM) was incredible - a work of genius. Since then, unfortunately, I think that they have gone downhill.

I gotta disagree. I think the PT reviews are all equally great. The AOTC review has some of my favorite bits and the ROTS review really drives everything home during the “we need a deeper meaning to things” ending.
The TFA/Fandom one isn’t as biting or as funny, but it’s just as accurate. TFA, like Plinkett points out, is also a well made film, so there isn’t as much to bitch about and tear apart, which is what made the PT reviews so much fun.
