Did you spot something familiar in First Men In The Moon? 😉

I recall seeing those spacesuits somewhere before. 😉

And where did you get a copy of the Felix The Cat movie?

A generous soul put it up on YouTube.

I saw Thor: Ragnarok. Pretty good.

Not enough people read the EU.

And all this time I thought the Soviets had nothing of value to offer the world. . . .

So… You’re not into art, design or movies?

I’m not into Marxism or its derivatives.

Anyway, hyperbolic statement, was hyperbolic Anyway.

That’s a crucial (constraining) factor, actually. Both ways.

Thor: Ragnarok (2017)

Wow! I knew this was going to be special but I had no idea. Absolutely LOVED IT! I’d have to say this is my favorite Marvel film now. Taika Waititi knocked it out of the park!

Hum… interesting. I really liked the previous Waititi movies, might give this Marvel a try then.

I lost all interest in ever seeing that when I saw the trailer with hulk in it. Dont care how well it’s pulled off, nothing will ever sell this ridiculous concept to me.

Yes, for there is truly nothing more ridiculous in this world and in this franchise than putting Hulk in a Thor movie.

What if they put Hulk in The English Patient?

I don’t think he’s sayin’ that Hulk’s being in the movie is a problem, but rather the scenes with him in the trailer look silly.
Could be wrong.

Nope, I’m saying hulk being on the movie is the problem. Lol

Not necessarily *a* problem, but it’s my problem. Lol

The Hulk has been part of The English Patient world for decades?

Guess I need to see that movie after all.

I trust Elaine’s judgement enough to not bother with the English Patient.

Huh. I’m actually curious why you feel that way. I got no interest in the movie, but the Hulk has been a part of that world for decades.
Would you have interest in seeing it if the Hulk wasn’t in?

Yes. I like the whole Norse thing. Obviously it’s all silly and fictional, and maybe it plays better in the comics, and I haven’t seen the second movie, but I liked the first one and having something like the hulk in it just sounds like it would totally change the vibe into something I wouldn’t go to thor to get.

The second Thor was quite forgettable.

Yes. If they didn’t change the vibe for this one, I wouldn’t be all that interested.

Yeah but adding in something like the hulk in a movie about Norse gods doesn’t seem to be the answer to me. I mean I’m not saying it’s objectively bad but it’s just not for me.
