I’m taking a break from this place. I’ve been an off-and-on poster since 2014, but somehow began posting daily around the end of December. I really enjoy this place, but damn, it starts to sound like a broken record after awhile.

Not sure if anyone even noticed I was gone for the last 3 weeks, but I will be away a little wile longer. I’ve finally moved to my 20 acre permaculture farm on Hawai`i and it’s taking a great effort to get the homestead built. I’ve just installed the solar power system, but reliable internet is still a few weeks away. still, I was able to plant my first banana circle today, so food is on the way!

Hey all, I couldn’t find an “I’ve come back after being away” thread so I thought I’d post in this one.
So I’ve come back after being away. My health is super duper again and the future looks good (no joke, they fired proton beams into my brain) and although I’ve got a year’s worth of originaltrilogydotcomming to catch up on I’m looking forward to seeing what I’ve missed.
It’s nice to see most of the old regulars are still here and congratulations on finally finding a cure for the Hansi virus!
I’ve really missed this place and I’m glad to be back.
