I haven't read much about it, but this sounds like one of the stupidest internet phenomena of recent times. And that's saying a lot, IMHO.

I would be saddened if no one understood this thread on a level comparable to my own understanding of it.

I find that, much of the time, a thing is best defined by its opposite.
