Hi there, bit late to the party I’m afraid.
There is an australian dvd edition of this movie with a 96 minute length stated on the back cover. I wonder if this edition has the two scenes (kremlin and tornado) I clearly remember being included in the rental VHS back in the day here in Portugal.
