I'm pretty sure it needs to be 16118 ms if you want to be spot on. I took the DTS audio and mono mix into ripbot and aligned them so that I'd know exactly where it needed to start from.
I'm going by memory , though I'm certain it wasn't 16s exactly.

Yeah mine had that as well. I believe the exact offset needed was 16118 milliseconds.
