Again another smudger9 masterpiece. So I truly enjoyed his v1 as a stand alone but totally understand the need / want of v2 now that season 2 is out there. All that being said it’s just incredible. I’m to the point where I almost want to skip the episodic nature of season 3 and just wait on smudger9’s edit.

So ive finally gotten around to watching episode 2 and after watching smudger9’s edits there’s no reason for me to go back to episodic season viewing. Both of smudger9’s fanedits are incredible and if I didn’t know better or showed them to a new fan come across as theatrical masterpieces.

The only conflict I have is like the above poster stated the ep1 fanedit is perfection , but now with ep2 out I understand the need to rework ep1

What i couldn´t identify which luke skywalker deepfake you used, smudger9? It´s certainly not the original but looks a little bit different to the one from shamook?

Do you intend to release a bluray version of episode 2?

Thanks for the review. The Luke Skywalker footage is actually the original footage. I tried the deep fakes but couldnt get the quality to match up, making them inferior.

The Blu-ray version and cover art will follow this weekend.
