I don’t think they’re going to send you a link.

They could at least respond to the dude. That’s basic human decency. A simple response really goes a long way in making things feel respectful.

I’ve already responded to this user multiple times—on MR Discord, Discord DMs, Reddit, Reddit DMs, several email accounts —and they received the same reply as you:

Like you, they failed to provide it, so they don’t get access to my edits.

You’re 60 years old, and Trolling is how you choose to spend your time after being told “No”? Pathetic.

Dude, you must have me confused with somebody else… I DO have a Disney+ subscription, & I am certainty NOT 60yo 🤣

So old you can’t even remember your own BS? 😉

Your email to me after you were banned for trolling. S.G. Scobie: "I joined Discord primarily to watch @MoviesRemastered SW edits, I also subscribed to @MoviesRemastered on YT, Reddit, have a Disney+ subscription (since 2019), & own all SW media available on DVD.

I am 60yo, & have been a SW fan since seeing the original trilogy in cinemas from 1977 to 1983… before you were even born."

Get a grip, Pal. You’re boring!

Not me. But they DO have a Disney+ subscription! Have great life, mate!👋

Doubling down on a lie but still can’t offer proof. Good one, Bro! 👍 Life’s real good, thanks x

This sounds worse than the series. Giving PIP a voice, & Darth Plagueis an apprentice!?

I thought the Pio voice worked very well. It became a droid with an attitude similar to 3P0 and R2 in the Original Trilogy.

The Plageuis having an aporentice was likely typed in error. His appearance was moved to a different and more appropriate spot. Nothing more than that.

Ignore them. They’re just trolling for attention after being banned from MRDb and MR Discord for constant rudeness, entitlement and harassing other faneditors which lead to them giving bad reviews despite not gaining access to edits.

Thank you for your kind words. I’m glad you enjoyed this project. 😃

Heavy Metal Turbo Killer Blood Machines from the Matrix | 3 Hour 80s Movie on YouTube NOW!
Time

Original Runtime: 9:49:04
MR Edit Runtime: 3:25:16
Time Cut: 0:00:00
Time Added: 0:00:00
1920x800p
h264 encoder
AC3 5.1 Surround Sound
Type: TV-to-Movie
Fanedit Release Date: 2nd january 2025

Intentions:

For years, I’ve been captivated by the vibrant chaos of the '80s—a decade that brought us a wealth of cultural brilliance, along with its fair share of questionable moments. I’ve long wanted to create a project that encapsulates both the highs and the lows, the good and the subjectively bad, that made the '80s such an unforgettable era.

In my pursuit for inspiration, I discovered the remarkable work of Seth Ickerman and Carpenter Brut. Their art represents a brilliant fusion of visual and musical storytelling, capturing the dark, electric soul of the '80s in a way that’s both nostalgic and refreshingly modern. Their collaboration has been profoundly inspiring, igniting a creative spark in me to elevate this project to the next level.

My goal is to craft a cohesive storyline that intertwines the various elements of the '80s, drawing on Ickerman’s artistic vision, Carpenter Brut’s fusion of pulsating synthwave and heavy metal, and other influences that have shaped my perspective on the decade. This project will be a journey—a mosaic of memories, music, and visuals that, when combined, narrates the story of a decade that continues to resonate in our culture today.

Stay tuned as I embark on this passion project, striving to capture the essence of the '80s in all its neon-lit glory and shadowy undertones.

While all footage used in the fanedit has been acquired from YouTube itself, I’m sure it will get BANNED at some point so watch the full movie below while you still can…

Violent Night: HO HO HO! Edit by Movies Remastered
Time

Faneditor: MoviesRemastered
Fanedit Type: Extended Edition
Fanedit Release Date: 18th December 2024
Fanedit Runtime: 2h:18m:13s
Time Cut: 0h:0m:0s
Time Added: 0h:24m:0s

This is a last minute edit that was suggested by the MR community. It’s been on my watch list for a few years but only just go around to watching it.

I thought it was a very fun watch but there were a few deleted scenes that really added to the storyline, IMO.

This edit trims a little and adds a lot.

More info coming soon…

UPDATE:

Synopsis:

When a group of elite mercenaries infiltrates a wealthy family’s estate on Christmas Eve, taking everyone hostage, they expect an easy payday. But their plan is upended when they encounter an unexpected foe—Santa Claus himself.

This isn’t the jolly old man from stories past; this Santa (played by David Harbour) is grizzled, battle-hardened, and ready to dish out some yuletide justice. Fueled by a sense of duty to protect the innocent and a growing distaste for the naughty, Santa embarks on a one-man mission to take down the heavily armed criminals.

As the night unfolds, the line between naughty and nice is drawn in blood, with Santa proving that Christmas spirit is about more than just presents—it’s about standing up for what’s right, no matter the odds. Filled with dark humour, explosive action, and a touch of holiday magic, Violent Night delivers a holiday movie like no other.

Intentions:

The goal of this extended version of Violent Night was to deepen the narrative, enhance character development, and expand on the film’s themes while retaining its unique blend of action, dark humor, and holiday magic. By enriching the story with additional scenes and moments, this version creates a more immersive and emotionally resonant experience.

The Penguin by Movies Remastered (4 Part, Film Series)
Time

This show, in my opinion, is the best-written, cast, directed, and acted piece of entertainment from the past decade. The intricate web of detail and nuance in character development is truly remarkable. That said, I believe the season would work even better as a four-part film series, each running about 100 minutes and presented in chronological order.

These edits are about 75% complete, but I’m open to suggestions if anyone spots something I might have missed?

You can follow the progress as it happens here: https://discord.com/channels/730523754727211109/1311692769487618048

Random ideas:

Replacing Dolly Parton - 9 til 5 with Prince - Batdance?
Remove most scenes with with Victors girlfriend?
Remove scene with Victors family?
Despite being a pay off, remove the Slushy scene with Cob and Vic?

Thanksgiving - Grindhouse Edit by Movies Remastered
Time

Faneditor: MoviesRemastered
Fanedit Type: FanMix
Fanedit Release Date: 28th November 2024
Fanedit Runtime: 1h:58m:0s
Time Cut: 0h:2m:40s
Time Added: 0h:12m:0s

Synopsis:

In this gritty reimagining, Thanksgiving plunges viewers into a blood-soaked small town where holiday cheer takes a sinister turn. Set in Plymouth, Massachusetts, the story follows a deranged killer in a pilgrim costume who’s bent on carving up locals in increasingly gruesome and ironic ways. What was meant to be a cozy holiday with family quickly transforms into a nightmarish hunt for survival.

As the town gears up for its annual Thanksgiving parade, tensions rise, and fear spreads. A band of unlikely survivors—including a disgraced sheriff, a resourceful waitress, and a high-school outcast—must unravel the mystery of the maniac before they become the next course in his twisted feast. With gory practical effects, grindhouse-style film scratches, and the seedy ambiance of a ’70s slasher, Thanksgiving serves up a hearty portion of horror that leaves no one safe and no stomach unturned.

Expect pitch-black humour, grindhouse grit, and an homage to classic slasher tropes that keeps the holiday spirit hauntingly alive.

Unhappy by Movies Remastered (A Joker: Folie à Deux Fanedit)

Fanedit Release Date: 17th November 2024
Fanedit Runtime: 2h:1m:55s

Time Added: 0h:3m:42s

Following my edit of Joker (2019) aka Happy https://originaltrilogy.com/topic/Happy-by-Movies-Remastered-A-Joker-Fanedit/id/123335

Unlike the first installment, this sequel left me thoroughly disappointed. The story felt weaker in comparison, and the musical numbers seemed awkwardly forced, as if added solely to meet contractual requirements.

In my edit, I’ll be cutting out these unnecessary elements and focusing on enhancing the storyline, bringing more depth to both the plot and the characters. My goal is to give this film a stronger, more immersive experience that fans of the original can truly enjoy.

Thread: https://discord.com/channels/730523754727211109/1292505997184729170

• Add gun shot after Lee puts gun to her head to show the audience she did end herself
• Reposition “The Joker is me” number. Some musical tracks to sit this characterisation
• Remove random music number when Arthur is standing watching TV
• Remove awkward music number while Arthur is being interviewed

• Remove Joker and Harley skit in front of a live studio audience

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice: Second Time’s a Charm
Time

Original Runtime: 1:45:20
MR Cut Runtime: 1:35:12
1920x1080p
h264 encoder
AC3 5.1 Surround Sound
Fanedit Type: FanFix

Synopsis:

In this sequel to Tim Burton’s cult classic, Lydia Deetz (Winona Ryder), now an adult and a mother, returns to her eerie roots when her daughter, Emily, stumbles upon the decrepit Handbook for the Recently Deceased. Haunted by unresolved ghosts from her past, Lydia must once again confront the mischievous bio-exorcist Beetlejuice (Michael Keaton), who is just as outrageous and unpredictable as ever.

As the boundary between the world of the living and the dead becomes dangerously thin, Lydia and Emily find themselves caught in a supernatural battle involving chaotic afterlife bureaucrats and ancient curses. Desperate to protect her family and stop Beetlejuice’s latest schemes, Lydia teams up with some familiar spectral faces, uncovering dark secrets about the afterlife and her connection to it.

With gothic humour, absurd antics, and Tim Burton’s signature visual style, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice blends nostalgia with new thrills, taking audiences on a bizarre and heart-warming journey through the weird and wonderful world of the undead.

Intentions:

I thought this sequel was a great addition to the franchise, capturing much of the original’s charm. However, it felt bogged down by an overabundance of plotlines and constant cutaways that detracted from the main story. In this fanedit, I’ll focus on tightening the narrative, starting by streamlining Delores’ introduction, which I felt dragged on without adding much to the overall plot. Additionally, I’ll be removing the subplot about Wolf Jackson being an actor, as it felt unnecessary and pulled attention away from the core story. My goal is to create a more cohesive and engaging flow while maintaining the film’s unique spirit.

SYNOPSIS: Arthur Fleck, a socially awkward man working as a clown-for-hire, dreams of becoming a stand-up comedian. While juggling his small advertising job, he also cares for his ailing mother, Penny Fleck. As Arthur delves deeper into his mental illness, he uncovers unsettling truths about his past. Battling constant ridicule and rejection from society, he spirals into darkness, eventually giving rise to his infamous alter ego, the “Joker.”

INTENTIONS: While I didn’t dislike this movie when it was released, I felt it didn’t quite live up to the overwhelming hype. Arthur is portrayed as a loser too early, which sets the wrong tone for the audience from the start. In this edit, I aim to help viewers connect with Arthur on a deeper level, allowing them to experience his descent into madness more gradually, and in real time.

Coming Home in a Bodybag 2 by Movies Remastered (OUT NOW!)
Time

Synopsis:

Coming Home in a Body Bag - Part 2 delves into the harrowing aftermath experienced by Vietnam veterans upon their return to a country that had seemingly forgotten them. Once hailed as heroes, these men are now met with indifference, scorn, and neglect. Struggling with the trauma of combat, they find themselves cast aside—discarded by a society eager to move on from the horrors of war.

This chapter shifts its focus to the personal struggles of these veterans as they grapple with PTSD, physical injuries, and the emotional scars of having fought for a country that no longer recognizes their sacrifice. Their bonds forged in the fires of battle are now tested by a different kind of war—one of alienation, addiction, and survival in a world that has turned its back on them.

The film examines the stark contrast between the patriotism that sent them to war and the cruel reality they face upon returning. It’s a powerful commentary on the human cost of conflict, the betrayal felt by those who served, and the long road to redemption that many never find.
Coming Home in a Body Bag Part 2 not only honors their service but highlights the social and moral failures of a nation unprepared to care for its wounded warriors, making it an essential continuation of the story of brotherhood, sacrifice, and the cost of survival.

Intentions:

After the overwhelmingly positive response to Part 1, I felt inspired to continue the series, as referenced in True Romance. With Part 2, I wanted to shift the tone entirely, focusing on the Vietnam veterans returning home to a country that greeted them with hostility and neglect despite their sacrifice. The aim was to shed light on their struggles to reintegrate into a society that had moved on, while showcasing the diverse challenges each soldier faced.

Initially, I hadn’t planned to include a love story, but with so much pain and horror being depicted, I felt it was important to give at least one soldier a glimpse of hope amidst his battles. Additionally, I wanted to emphasize the struggles of women—mothers, wives, and girlfriends—who were also profoundly affected by the war and its aftermath. Their perspective is often overlooked, but their pain is no less significant.
