She-Hulk: Episode 6, remove Mr Immortal and his side arc. It distracts from the main arc, the reverse-sexism doesn’t match the pro-feminism message of the entire rest of the show, and it completely demolishes the comic book character of Mr Immortal to make him completely unsalvageable without a major retcon. Ever since Deadpool 1 was released, I’ve had such high hopes that Mr Immortal would one day get a movie or show, but the MCU destroyed that dream, so I’d rather not be reminded of it on future re-watches. The only thing the arc contributes is letting She-Hulk’s friend know that a website exists, but I feel like she could have naturally stumbled onto the site without the sexist character assassination scenes.
Nocturnal Animals - An edit that only includes the Nocturnal Animals part of the story. The “real world” arc has horrible acting and unrelatable characters, imo, but the “book” arc would be really moving if it weren’t broken up with unnecessarily obscene and boring filler. EDIT: That was fast, one exists called “Nocturnal Visions” if you want to search for it.

Anjohan, can you please give an update on your Episode 7 & 8 versions? If you no longer want to deal with it, that’s fine, but could you edit the post or drop a comment saying “I’m no longer maintaining this post or sending links”?

Reading through the changes in most of these prequel edits, I’m incredibly excited to see what they’ve become. However, I haven’t checked any of them out yet because they all seem to have one or both of these problems:
Droids on a network (not talking or gesturing). No idea why this theme is so popular among fan editors. It fits perfectly with all the other types of droids that aren’t on networks. Even worse, making them have a network completely ruins compatibility with The Clone Wars.
Complete removal of Jar Jar. This one I understand, but I think it would be fun to have a version that removes all the terrible jokes but leaves the plausibility of Jar Jar being a Sith.
