Oh wow, if this is the upscaled 4:3 versions coming to Disney ill be pretty happy. Its still from the original TX masters. And in that shot of the waffle machine you can see traces of the line smearing, as well as a jaggy frame that Im aiming to eliminate.
Did you ever finish the script?
I found S1-12 NTSC Full DVDs and have both Waifu2x and Topaz setup for upscaling but want to feed it the cleanest possible signal.
