 Is there a good place to find these tools? I've been wanting to rip the sounds of Pinball Arcade on iPad. They might use the same format on different platforms too.

When you create a blu/ray, you can not add bonus content to the disc in a seperate folder.

The bonus is what I placed in the info section on the disc with a few extra items with videos.

 I think on the actual BluRay disc there was a menu item which listed the extras on the disc but obviously they weren't.
