I just go chronologically through with things I’ve already seen.
Episode I: The Phantom Menace
Episode II: Attack of the Clones
Episode III: Revenge of the Sith
For the prequel trilogy, sometimes I’ll watch the official releases, sometimes the HAL9000 versions
Rogue One
Episode IV: A New Hope
Episode V: Empire Strikes Back
Episode VI: Return of the Jedi
For the OT, I usually watch Despecialized or Revisited
I skip the sequel trilogy entirely. If I’m including tv shows in my playthrough, then they’ll go where they fit chronologically.
