The Last Jedi: Rekindled (Released)
Time

I love this version of the movie! It fixes pretty much everything I had issue with. I actually look forward to watching it now, whereas before it was a bit of a hump to get over. The only thing I’d tweak is the “find me” on the radio, it’s barely audible. Maybe it’s just my aging ears LOL but I’d like it to be more pronounced.
Thank you and great work!

I’ve got this saved onto a USB, which I can plug directly into my TV, but my TV won’t play the DTS-MA HD audio tracks - meaning I’m stuck with the Laserdisc stereo mix. Is there any way around this?

My LG TV doesn’t do DTS either. My workaround is to use the USB port on my BluRay player (which does support DTS).
If that’s not an option you could convert the DTS to DD @640. MKV2AC3 does this.

As MEGA puts limits on the amount you can download within a certain time frame, you can get around this with a VPN by constantly changing your IP address.

Constantly? Every 5 gb’s downloaded you change your IP address to be precise.

Precisely? I was crapping out with less than 5 GB on more than a few addresses. It was hit and miss finding good ones. I’m guessing others were using up the same ones as a lot of people were likely trying the same trick.

I’m rolling along with the new MEGA links (thank you), got about 10 to go. Just wondering what the SFV files are and do I need them?

Thanks

It’s a checksum on the RARs.
You can use it (with QuickSFV or cksfv or…) to confirm the integrity of the RAR files.

I would say that if you get all the RAR files and everything extracts easily, no errors, then you’re fine.

If it doesn’t work and your unrar program doesn’t tell you which RAR files are corrupt, then you can use the sfv to help.

Thanks! Very helpful.

Not yet. You’ll have to wait a little bit longer. But don’t put too much hope into it, so you’re not disappointed.

I think we’ve all had A New Hope since your post on Apr. 22 😃
Fingers crossed that we may have something in time for the ROTJ 40th next week.
Whatever the case, your tremendous effort and dedication is immensely appreciated!!
