I was going to suggest the same thing!
Personally, i enjoy a bit of fresh sour cream, but i HATE sour cream based dips.
If you can, just get a freakin avocado and mash it in your hand with Rotel. A quick easy guac you will love, guarantee!

look, a piece of toast can be flacid but it is still considered toast (albeit old). Tortillas are the same thing. They make them by toasting them, hence the light brown spots on a package of fresh tortillas. Tortillas are most definitely not baked. Unless you get a bag of baked tortilla chips, of course...

Tortillas need to be toasted to be considered tortillas. otherwise they are just lumps of dough.
