And to the mac burning question, there was an answer mentioned just a few pages back; that being: http://forums.macrumors.com/showpost.php?p=9046125&postcount=18
and a follow up note of
"note: i'm not sure if it's necessary for success, but i first created CERTIFICATE and CERTIFICATE/BACKUP directories (empty) in the "Star Wars DE_2.1 AVCHD" directory. and then i did touch * in that directory to make sure BDMV and CERTIFICATE had the same date. then i follow the procedure at the above link.
i have a DL disc that plays on PS3 now!"
Oops, so it was. Apparently I went too far back when I started looking. Thanks for that!

I know this is the wrong place to ask, but could someone point me to some instructions on how to get this onto a DL DVD using OS X? I don't have Windows, so ImgBurn isn't an option.
It's described as an ISO, but I just see a BDMV folder (downloaded from MySpleen.) With the original versions I actually had a .ISO file I could burn directly to disc.
Also: There's no forum search? Really?

So I have Harmy's new Star Wars Despecialized v2.1 AVCHD files, and I'd like to burn them to a DL DVD. It seems all the posts I've seen on the topic are Windows-specific and suggest using ImgBurn. Is there an OS X equivalent?
What I have in the download is the following folder structure (+ is a folder):
- BDMV
+ BACKUP
+ CLIPINF
index.bdmv
MovieObject.bdmv
+ PLAYLIST
+ STREAM
When I look at the older version I burned from an ISO, I see the same structure plus a CERTIFICATE folder (which appears empty.) So can I just burn the BDMV folder to DVD and expect it to work, or do I actually need special software.
If there are instructions for all this somewhere already I apologize and would ask you point me in the right direction. I don't see an easy way to search these forums.
Thanks!

It might be a perfectly fine font, but it's hard to tell with all the stretching and squeezing and compressing. It looks like a typographer's worst nightmare*.

What's the difference between the AVCHD v2 and v2.1? Did I miss a conversation somewhere? I just finished burning v2, too :-\

I am (VERY SLOWLY) downloading the covers and wanted to ask, are they already at the proper size for a printer to produce them for a BD case? Or, will they need to be resized?
I didn't do any resizing and they fit the BD case perfectly.

For those without a MySpleen account, it's also on The Pirate Bay (won't post a link, but you can search for it.) Not many seeders though, so you could be waiting a while.

using various different sources
No need to repeat yourself here. "Various sources" would imply they're different.
