Thank you for the introduction! I also have such a ROTS record, also from that time. In principle, I also have a compressed ISO copy of it, it is still in relatively good condition. It has Hungarian cinema dubbing, which was placed under the image of a foreign pirate copy. (TUN release?) I hope that one day a genuine Hungarian cinema VHS recording of the film will be released. (Like TPM, 3+ years ago.)

Any really infos available from TPM bootlegs, with any lang voice-over?? Russian/Polish releases, probably 100% really exist. Cesky/Hungarian?? I had the opportunity to see an excerpt from the Polish version with a narrator on YT a few years ago. The sound was superimposed on the “Z” bootleg copy from to vhs tape.

Wow! About when are the latest South-Korean vhs releases? 2012-15?? In the last good 10+ years, only a limited number of films and very few have been released on vhs.

The problem was solved yesterday! In the meantime, the disc was read again and again. (The 2nd layer.) Decoding was also successful.

Quick Questions! The DVD its have BAD-Sector or equivalent any analog physical DRM??

First 3 WMV file copying its ok, next files have and CRC error. DVD-RW issues reading from 2nd layer??

From the pilot intro of the first season, I didn’t see it, from VHS/TV sources from the 80s/90s, a copy, in the Hungarian context, where all the sound effects, such as the gun shot, screeching tires, explosion sound, were on it would have… Except for a bootleg vhs copy with a Hungarian narrator, which is not available anywhere. In the rest of the first season, there is no interesting way, in the intros. Maybe this was corrected after the 2000/10s years.

Checked this site, all voice-overs dubbed ROTJ bootlegs its deleted!! Aaaargh! (Legendary Pozsgay version, BaDTaSTe, Evil Dead narrators and 4nd variants.) More rental/retail vhsrips its deleted the site, not available.

This ROTJ GUILD vhsrips, its have three captures from my archive. (Xvid/MPG) First Xvid version available from private torrent site only.

Magyarul írom, az elmúlt évek vhs-es fejleményeit (Use Google Translate or Deepl or Yandex Translator from different language translating!):

Na most akkor, kérem szépen, előkerült, az elmúlt 2 évben, a Jedi visszatér-ből, további 3(!) féle (vagyis másik narrátorok tolmácsolásával) hangalámondásos vhsrip-kópia, a maguk teljes terjedelmükben, a BaDTaSTe-féle relanzán is túl. Eddig, összesen 9(!) féle verzió létezéséről tudni, amelyekből kerültek elő részletek, az idők folyamán. (5 éve, még 6db-nél jártunk, ahogy fentebb írtam is.) Női hanggal, még mindig nem került elő, egy részlet, felvétel töredék se. Elvileg 1 változat, biztosan akadhat, létezhet(ett) belőle. Többnarrátoros vhs kópia megléte, sem zárható ki.

Részletezem, hogy mikről is van szó:

1. A legelső, az úgynevezett, BaDTaSTe-féle kópia, jó 10 évvel korábbról.
   1b. A BaDTasTe-féle kópián hallható narrátorral előkerült, egy másik vhsrip-kópia, amelyen ugyanez a hang van, azzal a különbséggel, hogy a film főcíme és a hiányzó (képkimaradásos) részének, a hang anyagát is tartalmazza, szemben azzal, vagyis kiegészíti amazt.

2. Egy második narrátoros verzió, amit magyar körökben úgy nevezünk, hogy a “Gonosz halottak” narrátora által végignarrált változat, amelyből, 2db komplett vhsrip is előkerült, RETRÓ és más jóvoltából. Ennek is jó 1 éve már.

3. A harmadik narrátoros változat is férfi narrátoros, mint az öszses többi, amelyet nem is tudom miféle megjelöléssel lehetne igazán nevezni. A “Long time ago…” szöveg alatt bemondott: “Egyszer volt, hol nem volt, egy távoli galaxisban…” szövege végett, szimplán, csak “mesemondó”-s narrátornak lehetne őt titulálni. Hogy, kitől eredeztethető ez, gőzöm sincs, sajnos kicsit gyenge kódolású vhsrip-ben lelhető ez fel.

4. És ezzel elérkeztünk, a jelen korhoz, amely már, a negyedik narrátoros változat volna, amely végre valahára előkerült, a valamiért státusz-szimbolúmmá vált, az úgynevezett Pozsgay-s féle narrátoros változat, amely teljes terjedelmében igézi meg, a vhs-fanok szemeit. Egy szinkron-tolmácsról van szó, akinek egyes vélekedések szerint, rengeteg ilyen hangalámondásos film volt köszönhető, a régi időkben, míg mások szerint, csak 1-2 tucat filmet narrált ő csak alá. Nem sok film, került elő eddig, az ő tolmácsolásával. (Talán, csak 2-3 darab.*) Hogy, a másik kettő Star Wars filmet is végignarrálta-e, nem lehet kizárni, nem tudok róla.

*Az 1939-es, Elfújta a szél-t, is ő narrálta végig, egy francia feliratozásos vhsrip-részlet tanúsága szerint.
