Try unrar with separate application (e.g., unrarx). Look at the rar extract log and it should show you the problem file. Download again the corrupted segment. 

Thanks, now I got it.

Now I have a new issue.

When I try to open the mkv file on tsMuxerGUI (so I can add subtitles and create a AVCHD)  an error appears.

Assertion failed: (curPos == end), function extractData, file ..vodTrasnport/src/matroskaParser.cpp, line 134.

I hit OK, than appears

Can't detect stream type. File name: .../Star.Wars.Despecialized.Edition.v2.5.mkv

Someone knows how to fix this?
