I really enjoyed the conversation with HelloGreedo and Harmy. It really got me re-energized for what will likely be the ultimate way to watch the film when it’s finished.

Wasn’t the CGI only also added to the tape after the transfer from 16:9 to 4:3 was made? That’s one of the reasons the show would be so difficult and expensive to remaster in HD, and probably also why it looks so bad. I finally had a chance to watch some of the upscales. Animaxx, they’re looking great! Past Prologue looks fantastic. Thank you for your hard work!

He has been able to achieve some good results. Not sure what his method is.
I just wanted to chime in and say how very thankful I am for Animaxx for taking this project on! I will be happy to help in any way I can, but my restoration skills are non-existent.

This looks amazing! However, I and some others are having audio sync issues with V1.1.1.

Wow! This is going to look amazing. I’m really looking forward to the next 4K77 release now. It will probably be the definitive way to watch the movie after this incredible color work.
