Yes, very interesting they would take the time to restore some vintage trailers.  Maybe they were prepared for a new Blu-ray release next year?  Were the trailers on the 2004 DVD set restored?  I don't remember...

If they were not as good as what I saw, They looked wonderful.
Super rich colors. Can't remember if Hoth had a blue tint though...

4K restoration on Star Wars
Time

Hi All,
I was asked by @swrevisited to provide more info on this tweet I made:
Lucasfilm was showing restored original trilogy @starwars trailers @Comic_Con this year. Are these available? @swrevisited @SW_Celebration

What I saw was the original theatrical trailers from SW & ESB at the Lucasfilm booth that had been digitally restored. Color was corrected, scratches removed, editing splices removed. Crowds were huge and I only was passing by, but I can confirm with certainty that I saw this trailer:

The transitions when the characters are shown are so 80's ^_^

I apologize if I was not clear in my tweet and it implied that Lucasfilm was showing trailers of the original trilogy "films" that were restored.
