Thanks for visiting our site. We have one new comic up. Also have about 3 comics that should be out over the next couple of weeks. I'm glad to see the petition is almost at 50K!

It's a long story that dates back to my high school days. Maybe one day the origin of Mellamo Andy will be told. Just remember, it's not Spanish.

I guess it's "Clerk-esque" but I'm more of an Office Space fan than a Clerks fan; though Mall Rats was great. The strip is mostly based on actual conversations my friend and I have had at our job (working in a videogames store). I've spent a good five years of combined retail sales work and that was my biggest inspiration for the strip. My friend was fortunate enough to have only worked less than two years of retail, although equally jaded.

Right now, it's mid-terms for me, so the time I can spend on the comic will drop slighty. We have about three comics in the works and should update more frequently. After our next update, I hope to update the site weekly, then maybe even twice a week. We're both new to the whole web-comic thing and really hope it takes off.

I would like to say that Original Trilogy is an excellent site and with the article at the Force.net today, hopefully it will gain even more popularity.

I'm the co-creator and webmaster of Mellamo Andy.com a web-comic that deals with topics such as retail work, videogames, and Star Wars. We're new to the web and have placed an Original Trilogy banner ad on our main page.

We're working on a Star Wars related comic that should appear in the next couple of weeks. I plan on encouraging viewers to visit Original Trilogy.com and sign the petition.
