I've been Googling for a bit and can't find any proof to put behind this, but I swear that on the VHS copy of Star Wars we had when I was a kid, the blaster shots by the crew of the Tantive IV during the opening skirmish were not red. I almost want to say that the blaster shots were all changed to red for the THX remastered 1996 tapes, but it might actually have been for the SE release and on. If that's the case, then some of the source material for Despecialized must have featured this - is it in any of them? And if it is, are there any plans to restore it? I'm pretty sure the Tantive IV crew's blaster bolts were blue, while the stormtroopers' were red. Or I might just be crazy.
