Are there any sample videos for this project to view? I have edited together my own version, although I would like to source something better for the tbs version (mine are just from some of the better youtube videos). The 4:3 material I have placed in its correct relative position if it had been the full widescreen 2:35:1 (a bit like the Metropolis 1927 reconstruction did with the damaged 16mm material). Thanks

Thanks.....I think you may be right, will see if I can download, wasn't coming up on myspleen when searching for super 8 but found them tying puggo. 

Anyone done any 'restorations' on the smaller digests of the super 8 versions issued by Ken films at all?

I know they barely constitute the movie at all but they are still fun releases. I've been dabbling a bit experimenting with scanning some of one of the copies I own, the colours aren't too bad on the copy I own though they do tend to go red a lot.

That new clip looks great, although interesting to see that the final shot of Leia and the stormtroopers almost has a magenta tint!
