i've been working on making a version with the original speed for the songs.because as everybody knows,the songs are much slower in the film.

before you do an edit of this you might want to wait on twin peaks season 3 which is coming out next year.

i camcorded the rutles performing at beatlefest in chicago.it was 3 of them minus eric idle.thats pretty rare.also i have disneys golden oldies laserdisc that i transferred to dvd.i also made my own dvd by remastering some old disney music videos and making some new disney videos set to oldies.austin powers pussycat swingers club mtv special.from 97.and i've been working on a remastered beatles at shea stadium 50th anniversary coming up.i have fixed many bad edits and have used a copy that is just short of anthology quality.i have seen the versions floating around on the internet and my version blows all those away.

anyone who follows the nba for the past 2 and a half decades knows about the spurs.their winning percentage is even better than the yankees the past 2 decades.so frink either doesn't follow the nba or is just being a smartass.

it's funny you say that because i just went to an optometrist.and i passed every test they gave me with flying colors.at least i did better than ender.he didn't even notice the spider.

the only thing i noticed different in the dagobah scene was the spider.i didn't notice any difference watching it side by side with the bluray version.the trees looked the same to me.

i hated across the universe.and i don't think any true beatles fan would like that movie.

many times peter jackson goes way overboard.for example.the scene where they are sword fighting while standing on dwarfs heads who are in barrels going down a strong river current.that is just too much and ridiculous.way too far fetched.anyways i would remove that scene.

since they reported something about vader's  helmet being found and part of his skull being found also,do you think kylo ren could be a clone of vader?

i've been working on the beatles live at shea remastered edition.my copy is even better than the bluray that's floating around.i fixed many bad edit shots that showed the beatles not singing but you hear singing,or shots where they aren't playing the song thats being played.there was shots of george playing his gretsch when he should have been shown playing the rickenbacker.the video is just short of anthology quality,very close.since there is no footage of she's a woman and everybody's trying to be my baby i put together a montage of crowd shots for everybody's trying to be my baby.although i did add some footage of the beatles doing this song found in the edit cuts.and for she's a woman i found some black and white shots of them performing this on stage as well as some black and white audience shots.

this was an idea i had too.but don't have the time or energy to get it done.have you finished this?

lucas didn't think the prequels all the way through.i mean in return of the jedi luke asks leia if she remembers her mother.and leia said she remembers her being very beautiful and very sad.problem with that is leia was taken away from her mom when she was newly born.so no way she could remember anything about her mom.lucas should have had amidala keep leia till she was at least 2 and then have her running from the clone troopers the emperor sent trying to kill her baby.then she gives the baby to bail organa and the emperor tortures amidala till she dies.that would have been better than seeing her die giving childbirth.

one of the things i loved about a new hope revisted was the mono audio adywan used in it.i had never heard the mono audio before.he even used some of the star wars radio drama too.also the audio quality blew me away.so it will be interesting to hear the audio and hear if anything is different.

personally i hate 3d and wish it would go away.it has failed before when they tried to push it on the public.hopefully it will fail again.

i agree with you ronster 100 percent.it was the first thing i noticed on the bluray version.the white doesn't stand out like the yellow does to me on the flash.but i guess we always have the old versions to go back to if we wanna see them.even if they are low resolution.has adywan mentioned if he will be using any of the audio from the radio drama like he did for episode IV?

yeah the pictures definitely shows it.i'm sure you already know this but you know the scene where luke knocks vadar off the platform you see luke jump down and then you see luke's head showing.and that shows he didn't jump down very far.merry christmas adywan.

in that clip you provided there is no flash on the leg after it gets hit.the version i seen from vhs has the flash.also adywan says the bluray version and his version has it but i watched his comparison video that shows his next to the bluray version and neither one shows the flash like he says it does.the original had the flash on the leg.

i really hate in the bluray version during the battle of hoth that the dish gun when it fires at the walkers leg just vanishes.it doesn't show the leg light up anymore to show it took some kind of damage.adywans version doesn't show this either.still hoping he puts that back in.

i am replacing the clips frame by frame with higher quality clips and replacing the music too with better quality audio.my dad has this on vhs tape.i converted it to dvd for him years ago.after seeing the vhs quality i decided to look for higher quality clips to replace the vhs quality.and go from there.i am a great video editor.so far i've done one clip from this.dilly dilly lavender blue.but i made mine slightly different by using sammy turner's version instead of burl ives.because i like that version more.mine are slightly different from the vhs release.i added a few different clips.but overall most of the clips are the same.one or two are added in because the song is slightly longer.i can try and put it on youtube and see if they allow it if you wanna see my work.let me know.

if the vadar hologram on the top is the new one then i like it.if it's the bottom one thats the new one then i don't.i think the top one looks better.also the guy who said makes no sense for luke to say i'll cover you when he is in the lead.it makes perfect sense.since he is in the front he is covering him.

are you guys talking about the car accident mark hamill had on jan 1st 1977?lucas wasn't even done shooting star wars yet.he wanted hamill to come in for a speeder scene with threepio.but since mark was in the hospital and couldn't do it he used a stunt double and did a far away shot.and that is the scene you see in the movie.

i'm sure ady knows about the scene in rotj where luke talks to leia asking her if she remembers her mom.and leia replies just images,feelings really.saying she remembers her being very beautiful but sad.there is no way leia could remember her mother.it's a shame lucas didn't have padme dying by the emperor torturing her to find out where she hid the baby.lucas should have waited also till the babies were at least 2 or 3 so what leia says makes sense.lucas obviously didn't think this through.you think someone at ilm would have said something to him about this when he was making rots.but i have a feeling he surrounds himself with yes men.
