STAR WARS: EP V "REVISITED EDITION"ADYWAN - 12GB 1080p MP4 VERSION AVAILABLE NOW
Time

When I was a kid, I had the Special Edition Trilogy VHS box set, with the little commentary thing at the beginning of each movie, and as such, the biggest error I remember about Empire was the transparant Snowspeeder cockpits, because they showed a bunch of comparison shots of that gaffe during the commentary.

I Think you have misunderstood what i mean by that. The EU doesn't exist to me within the realms of creating the Revisited saga. in my personal life i don't discount the EU at all. It was just that there started to be so many suggestions for additions or fixes because it either didn't fit in with or was part of the EU that i had to make that statement before things got out of hand.

Ahh, alright then. =) My most sincere apologies if I sounded like I was attacking your viewpoint, I was speaking as a concerened fan, and I very much appreciate that you took the time to address my concern.

6. Not adding anything in just because its in the EU - The EU doesn't exist to me so no more EU suggestions

I just stumbled across this thread for your revisited version of ESB, and I must say I'm looking forward to it, because ANH Revisited was amazing.

I respect your stance of not wanting to cram your Revisited version of ESB with Expanded Universe references, but how can you say that it doesn't exist to you? There are well over 100 novels, an even greater number of comics, and a smattering of short stories and other various pieces of Expanded Universe literature, many of which show scenes from this very movie.

I think you're selling Star Wars as a franchise short by discounting so much work by talented authors, artists, desigeners, etc, claiming that it doesn't exist to you.

That being said, I hope you don't take this as a personal attack, rather just my concern that making such a bold statement about the Star Wars EU is a little troubling.

Again, I can't wait to see Empire Revisited, and I hope your work progresses smoothly.
