Me and my two kids (13 & 15 years old) have been slowly moving through an entire canon run (movies, TV, novels & comics) using fan edits for the movies & TV shows (I even made my own fan edits of some fan edits of the prequels + ROTJ). When they were really little kids, we watched quite a few Clone Wars together (they can’t remember). For me, that was a painful experience (I still have nightmares every time I hear “roger roger”). But these cuts make them fun to watch. It’s been cool digging deeper into these characters with the kids without all the fluff of the originals.

We’re getting close on our canon run to catch up with your edits. We’re up to Refocused:S03E03 (Dissent on Umbara). Just wondering if you’re going to be re-working Refocused:Season 3 to v2.0 or will you be putting out v1.0 cuts of Refocused:Seasons 4 & 5? Just wondering if we’re going to have to sift through Seasons 5-7 of the originals or if we’ll be lucky enough to be right on time for your cuts of them.

Just curious… Are you planning on putting something together for s01e00 (the microseries) in this current push, or is it one that will wait until after all the other episodes are complete?

My son (Grade 6) and I are starting a full canon run (movies, TV, novels, comics…leaving out the stuff for younger readers) along with some Legends history of Revan, Bane & Plagueis thrown in. He’s almost done the Bane novels and he’s fully engaged.

I have copies of Smudger’s five Clone Wars edit. I’m just trying to figure out what else we need to watch from that series. We want to cut out all the silly stuff and really focus on what drives the main canon arc forward. Here’s what I have listed:

Any recommendations for Rebels? Any fan edits out there?
