I have ordered from them twice. Both for multiple disk blu-ray cases. Both times I had to send an email to them to get them to finally ship my merchandise. I waited until the delivery estimate came and then emailed them. Both times they emailed me to apologize for the inconvenience but did finally send me my orders. They just seem to take forever to do anything.
