This movie was never released in DVD, its only available in VHS.
The five reels were scanned in 5K , i’m alone working in restore and remaster the complete movie.

People that can help and donate for the project, will recieve some raw scans, advance of the work and the final 4k video when everything is done
So far i spent more than $450 for buying and scanning the reels…

I will add Latin Spanish audio, if someone have other dubs please comment

How to capture HDCP-encrypted HDMI sources (Vudu, Netflix, Directv, Virgin Media, etc.)
Time

The Avermedia HD DVR captures from any HDMI source if you use a hacked firmware

http://www.amazon.com/Avertv-Definition-Analog-Capture-MTVHDDVRR/dp/B002SQE1O0/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1389554548&sr=8-2&keywords=avermedia+hd+pvr

You can get the hacked firmware here

http://forum.videohelp.com/threads/341920-Need-Original-Drivers-for-Avermedia-AverTV-HD-DVR-%28c027%29

I use amarectv to capture in 1080i with AMV2 codec or if you preffer you can use UTvideo codec.

Just finished DL-ing V2, and I am very impressed with the quality.

As I was watching, it hit me that this version could be interesting with a few tweaks. First off, a conversion to 23.97 fps would take out the "video" look (Like they did with the Zion Hybrid).

I have tried it before, and it loses fields in the video, thus I kept it at 29.97fps.

Obviously going from 30 to 24 frames means something has to be discarded. It's what gives film its look, the jerkiness of motion.

Again, this is not something I am terribly knowledgable about, but going from interlaced to progressive 30 fps before doing the conversion would be the natural first step, no? Meaning you drop frames, not fields, which is what I am after.

What is the "proper" procedure for downsampling from 30i to 24p fps?

This is not originally film, was recorded pure interlaced 29.97fps ,  there is no way to convert to 24fps without losing motion.
