Actually, I believe that there is a Blu Ray from the UK that has the extended version.

But like other fan edits, it can be made (with the extra scene material upscaled). This has been done with a few films in the past including the Lethal Weapon series with reasonably good success. I’d prefer that over having no extended cut at all.

I’m sorry if by chance this is a repeat of another thread. I looked for a search function, but can not find one. I also went to the HELP page, but alas there isn’t one. So any anyone can point me to a search function that I overlooked, I’d sincerely appreciate it being pointed out to me.

With that being said, I’m looking for the extended version of Armageddon that was released only on DVD by Criterion just about the time Blu Ray was on the horizon or just released.

Like some other extended editions, this has never been released on Blu Ray.

In addition, they had a perfect chance to release this on Blu Ray when xXx: Return of Xander Cage was released in 2017, but elected to not take that opportunity.

With that being said, I’m looking for the extended version of The Lost World: Jurassic Park that includes 2 cut scenes shown as cut extras on home video releases. If memory serves correct, this version is also shown on FOX TV from time to time.

In addition, it is my understanding that there was a UK Double DVD box set of the first two Jurassic Park movies released in 2000 that had even more deleted scenes included.

I would love to have an extended cut to include at least the 2 cut scenes shown on TV before as while they weren’t necessarily needed, they did show more involvement of the background of the story.
