Harmy's STAR WARS Despecialized Edition HD - V2.7 - MKV (Released)
Time

Harmy, let me add my voice to the chorus of praise for all that you (and others) have done with these beloved films. Truly remarkable. I won't bore you with the details except to say that you have gifted me with a priceless piece of nostalgia from my childhood. A favor that I will now pass on to my nephews who spent many hours watching the old vhs tapes with me throughout their own childhood. I can't thank you enough for the joy this brings to my heart.

On a technical note, with apologies to Harmy for clogging this thread with a technical cry for help, I recently had some alone time with my nephews' bluray player (bow chicka wa wa) only to find that the discs (2.1, 1.0, 1.0) that play fine in my PS3 won't play in a Magnavox NB530MGX. These are going to be Christmas gifts so I'm quietly trying to ensure playability without letting the cat out of the bag. I've looked for support specs but haven't come up with anything conclusive. I'd be grateful if someone who better understands these things can point me in the right direction to determine if this is a file support issue that may be an easy fix or dual layer disc support issue in which case I'll just include dvd5's until they upgrade to a new player. There is a firmware upgrade that I've downloaded which I'll do at Christmas but I can't find any firm details on what it addresses. Again sorry for cluttering your thread, Harmy.

Thanks in advance.
