Thank you. I’m more sure this '97SE LD will keep me happy for a long time.

I tried to repair it with quickpar but there’s something like 3000 blocks missing. ANH was perfectly fine, ESB had a little bit missing so repair was successful. ROTJ is just strange, almost all the files are incomplete.

Thank you so much althor. I’ve been trying to find Dark Jedi’s transfer of the '97SE LD for some time now. Needless to say, your version is soooo much more than I thought DJ’s capture would get me. I absolutely love it. I also managed to grab your JSC from a.b.starwars, with the exception of ROTJ. Too many files are damaged in that one. Do you plan on making it available again or am I just missing something? I’m not really experienced with usenet so I’m not sure if what’s available there now should work fine.

We’re out of luck unless somebody uploads this release again. The version from usenet is broken and unable to be repaired and there’s nothing on MySpleen.

Edit: I posted my upload request on MySpleen forums. No response so far.

Hello. Could anyone tell me if the Jedi/Feta release of The 1997 Special Edition is still available on usenet? I don’t have access to a private torrent tracker like MySpleen so I’m guessing usenet is my only hope. Problem is the version I’m currently getting has tons of parts downloading with errors and I’m not sure if the .par2 files are going to care of that. Maybe I’m looking in the wrong place? I would really appreciate the help. As much as I prefer the unaltered version of Star Wars, the SE is what I grew up with so it would be great to own these yet again. I’m not asking for links, just a nudge in the right direction. I’m very inexperienced when it comes to usenet.
