The Cowclops Transfers (a.k.a. the PCM audio DVD's, Row47 set) Info and Feedback Thread (Released)

mmm.. BitTornado, thanks i´m gonna try that, is it like bittorrent where the files get build while downloading them and you can check them anytime or is it like shareaza where you have to wait for the whole file to be downloaded and then the program builds it?

EDIT

I just tried it, gives me much better speed and the files get build while downloading them, thanks, sorry everyone for the off-topic posts, this was the last one.

Hey, I would love to get a TR47 version with menus, but damn it takes weeks to download something with bittorrent, is it imposibble to download some kind of update? to patch the old version or I'm i dreaming? And also if someone has the resources could someone setup an irc server for faster downloads? that would be great since there people can use their connection speeds to a full and don´t have to worry about how many seeders, leechers there are. I don't know if it just me but on bittorrent i get a maximum of 15kbs if I'm lucky. It would be great but i´m probably asking to much.

An angry Review of the 2004 OT SE DVD's

Star Wars completely absorbed me, when I saw it in 77, any comparisons are a fan thing, Star Wars changed the way movies were made and the industry itself....a little different than a film adaptation of novels that use technology that Lucas helped set the standard for.

This is the most acurate and true statement about this topic I've read in a long time.

Star Wars DVD Covers
Time

That's been pointed out. It's all about finding a replacement. Also, those covers are designed for the 04 DVDs(check the extras). Currently, some typos have to be addressed on them as well, just check some pages back.

Ohh, I thought they were for the Anamorphic version since they also have an audio commentary, well sort of, any way here is how the replacement looks, I took a screenshot from the tr47 version and had to play with it to enhance the quality and made it fit on the box:

Magnolia Fan I recently saw your ep1 edit, even though I liked most of the changes and the reintroduced deleted scenes, I wish you had made all the alien language lines unrecognizable, because I speak Spanish and every time one of the alien character says something in Spanish it really bugs me to the point I can't continue to concentrate on watching the film.

"This bickering is pointless", I don´t get why no one just posts screenshots, preferably 24bit .bmp to preserve the best image quality possible and let everyone compare all the available sets on their own. Of course this is different from seeing the actual images on movement and the sound couldn´t be compared through this method but it would give an starting point.

Another option would be to make small sample vob files from each bootleg for better comparison, that is if someone would like to take the time and can host them.

DVD Burning Software
Time
This is so frustrating, I have two new coasters, damn. I received my Pioneer dvr-108 yesterday and installed it and everything, the firmware was 1.04 and I bought a 5pk of Verbatim DVD+R, so i was ready to burn the ESB anamorphic version. I used Nero 6.0.0.0 and chosed DVD-Movie, i selected all the files and I was ready to burn it, when the process was at 100% I received an error, something like "Unable to perform end of disc at one" and voila new coaster, frustrated I tried it again, this time i made an .iso image of all the ESB files and tried to burn the image using nero, but i had the exact same results. I'm getting Easy Media Creator 7 and I'll give that a try, today I updated the DVDR firmware to 1.10, and I'll try it when I get home. If anyone is familiar with this error and can provide some help, I would really appreciate it.
