The evil JarJar Jr. revives the Empire as the dominion of the Gungan master race.
I thought Palpatine was the best part of the prequels. Darth Vader's backstory didn't quite work for me, but the Emperor's did, even though there was no particular reason for him to be so evil, except POWER, UNLIMITED POWER!
They are Palpatine/Darth Sidious' story to me, how he created the Empire. Oh, and there's also a well meaning but troubled youth who suddenly turns into a mass child murderor. Must have been a Sith mind trick ;-)
Also, overall the special visual effects, CGI, creation of worlds worked for me. It did immerse me in an alien universe which is what you want from SF.

I'm drawing a parallel between fiction and reality....When I heard Princess Sahar's story, it immediately made me think of Princess Leia sending out her plea.
@ Bingowings: Thank you. And agreed, no-one should be imprisoned for their beliefs no matter who they are. I find their story interesting because they could have lived a life of luxury, if they'd kept their mouths shut to all the horrible things going on in the Kingdom, but they didn't...that kind of courage and conviction impresses me.

Actually, there are four rebel princesses, currently imprisoned and being slowly starved to death by a father who makes Darth Vader seem like Dad of the Year.This petition has a very modest goal. I think it should get millions of signatures. I don't know what else can be done without the Rebel Alliance.
