No, I'm not Matt Stevens. If you read his original posts about the SUSPIRIA PCM disc, I am the guy who actually edited and created the SUSPIRIA PCM disc. Matt didn't do it - apparently he distributed it to quite a few people, though. Ah, but no matter - I put the effort into it for fans like us. I just found this website when I was researching the Criterion Bond commentaries.

I have a HUGE list of other projects. E-mail me if you like at drsd2kill@aol.com. I have put back the original sound mixes (in full PCM) to other films too, though the titles are not ones I would think would be popular on this site - lol - such as HELLO, DOLLY!, OLIVER!, GREASE, etc. HELLO, DOLLY! I actually made a 2-channel Dolby Surround encoded PCM track from the 6-channel AC-3 Laserdisc mix, which in itself was mastered from the original 6-channel master without all the processing, filtering and compression that is notable on the DVD release. :-(

Well, I edited mine together using the Japanese LD, the Hong Kong LD, and the entire "Zip-a-dee-doo-dah" sequence as released on the ALICE IN WONDERLAND deluxe LD and DVD editions. There are no subtitles on my version, using the Hong Kong LD to replace subbed shots.

MINE is the best. :-)

P.S. I'm also the guy who created the SUSPIRIA PCM disc, BTW. One of many projects.
